Hi. Come here often?

Oh, wait. That's for someplace else...

N. K. Merton grew up in a town about the size of Tiltwood, also the county seat. So, the inside of the courthouse is no stranger to her. Well, wait, that might be misleading. Or not. There wasn’t a sheriff that looked like Wade Barrett or a deputy that looked like Billy Ray, or she probably would have committed even more county offenses than we know about.

The famous police officer in her town was tall, muscled, and scary. She often wondered if he’d escaped a supermax prison before joining the force. He. Was. That. Scary.

She travels frequently to get new ideas for crimes. You know, to be solved.

Toccata and Fugue in D minor, by Johann Sebastian Bach, is her favorite piece of classical music, in case you needed to know that. No doubt you were wondering.

Come to Tiltwood. You’ll have fun.
